Cristina Fernández Herrero is a lawyer specialising in Family and Succession Law. With more than three decades of experience, she combines extensive litigation expertise with a clear vocation: to guide, protect, and provide effective legal solutions to individuals during some of the most sensitive moments of their family lives. Throughout her career, she has represented clients in hundreds of judicial proceedings, always approaching each case with empathy, professionalism, and a practical focus on achieving the best possible outcome.

Her expertise in litigation was further strengthened through a professional placement in San Francisco (USA) in 1991, which marked the beginning of a legal career distinguished by thorough preparation, clarity, and a strong client-focused approach. Throughout her career, she has advised and represented clients across all areas of Family Law, from complex divorce proceedings and succession disputes to matters involving the protection of children. Her approach combines technical excellence with mediation and parental coordination skills, helping families reach practical, lasting, and sustainable solutions.
Committed to legal education, she has lectured on the Law Degree and the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at Nebrija University in Madrid, where she was awarded the Distinction for Excellence in Teaching in 2023.
She currently joins the firm as a Partner, contributing to a modern, effective, and client-centred practice focused on resolving family disputes with sensitivity, legal expertise, and a genuine commitment to the people involved.
