Maite is part of the Zabalgo Family Lawyers team and focuses her work on Family Law and the legal support of individuals and families at moments of particular personal significance.
Her approach is close and rigorous. In matters involving separation, arrangements for children, maintenance, inheritances or other family wealth issues, she helps clients understand the consequences of the decisions they face and assess the legal alternatives available.
Education and specialisation
She holds a Law degree from the University of Navarra. She subsequently completed, at ISDE Law & Business School, a double Master’s programme in Access to Legal Practice and Court Representation, together with a Master’s degree in Family and Children’s Law.
During her university studies, she participated in the University of Navarra Legal Clinic, where she received specific training on civil and criminal liability in the school setting. She also has professional working proficiency in English, which supports her careful understanding of documents and circumstances that may arise in matters with an international dimension.
