Mayra Gameiro Hilinski is a Family Lawyer. Her professional experience in Spain and Brazil, together with ongoing specialist education, enables her to approach family matters with technical precision, close attention and an international perspective.

Family Law practice

Mayra works on divorce proceedings, child-related measures, care arrangements, variation of measures, parentage and the negotiation of regulatory agreements. She considers each matter individually, giving attention both to legal strategy and to the personal and family circumstances surrounding the dispute.

Her approach is based on technical preparation, clear communication and continuous support throughout the different stages of a case. She pays particular attention to new family realities and to the personal, financial and international elements that may arise in a family dispute.

Education and professional memberships

She holds a Law degree from the Catholic University of Ávila and completed the Master’s degree in Access to Legal Practice and Court Representation at Camilo José Cela University. She is also undertaking a Master’s degree in Family Law at the International University of La Rioja.

Mayra is a member of the Spanish Association of Family Lawyers (AEAFA) and the Madrid Association of Family and Childhood Lawyers (AMAFI), maintaining an active connection with specialist education and current developments in the field.

A Spain–Brazil perspective

She has previous professional experience in Family Law in Brazil, where she also practised as a bar-admitted lawyer. She holds a Law degree and a postgraduate qualification in Family Law from Brazil. This dual legal background supports her ability to understand matters connecting both countries and to assist Brazilian families in Spain in Portuguese.
