Patricia Gea Niembro is a lawyer specialising in Family and Succession Law. Her legal and business education, together with her previous experience in international legal practice, provides a broad perspective in family and wealth-related matters.
Professional practice
Patricia’s practice focuses on Family and Succession Law. She assists clients in matters that require careful legal analysis, organisation and clear communication, taking account of the personal and financial circumstances of each case.
Her first professional experience was in a firm specialising in International Law. She later worked in several general-practice firms, giving her a broad view of legal practice and a valuable basis for addressing family disputes with civil, financial or international connections.
Specialist education
She holds degrees in Law and Business Administration and Management from the University of Oviedo. She completed the University Master’s Degree in Access to Legal Practice and Court Representation and a Mediation Course at UDIMA, and holds a Master’s degree in Family Law from the University of Navarra.
She has also undertaken further training in Family Law with an international specialism, as well as immigration and foreign-nationals law. This training supports her interest in family matters with cross-border elements while keeping the particular reality of each family at the centre of her work.

Her approach combines technical preparation, careful assessment of legal alternatives and close professional support for people facing important decisions.
